Serviced, new tyres (again, trying Michelin PS4’s this time), wheel align, wash, vacuum, new aerial for two way…already to go! By the time I get back after Tassie, GOR and SA wineries will be about 7,000ks in 4 weeks. I love my Godzilla [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3] Btw Rob; where are we meeting? Took the 355 for a drive today. Simply awesome. Even though the new shocks/actuators havnt arrived yet, the second hand units Marc put in for the time being, coupled with the shock tower strengthening plates, and the re upholstered and firmed up seat bases, the ride is incredibly good now! The car finally feels ‘tight’. It’s a pleasure to drive now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep! But must admit have been soo busy with the 970 Cooper S rebuild! I need to get it finished next month as the 1071 Cooper S comes out of the paint shop then it’s rinse and repeat!!
Thanks Gaz. Good to see you back. Any light at the end of your 355 tunnel? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It’s getting closer Gizzi but I haven’t been pushing to be honest..Since I left Cathay last year I have been catching up on my life with family etc! The Cooper S has kept me very busy as I wanted to do the work myself..I’m hoping it will be on the road end of next month before the next one arrives..So even if I had the 355 it would be parked up for the moment while I finish up my projects!!
