We will see. There is a lot of legal language with selling on Ebay that puts the burden on the Seller.....not Ebay. The Seller agrees to it before their listing goes live. Once Ebay is notified by the government it will take proactive steps but other than the clickbait DOJ headline........my money is on Ebay. Ebay can no more be responsible for content than any other social media or ecommerce platform.

I believe some states will clamp down more on these emissions delete mod's than others. Here is Florida there is no state emissions inspection. A lot of exotic car and sports cars, diesel pick up trucks and on and on remove the cat's, do tunes, run straight pipes and there is zero law enforcement on these mod's.
It' like all the exotic cars around here run Montana plates.... zero enforcement. I can't tell you how many "dudes" approach me and tell me how much money I am wasting with my Florida plate on my Ferrari...LOL

 

In order to “roll coal” you also have to dump about a gallon of used motor oil in your fuel tank. Not just delete the emissions. Old diesels made smoke before ultra low sulfur diesel was the standard. It’s not the emissions junk that stopped that.
