I guess by snuffing myself out Nah, dunno mate Told to give everything to his kids now to avoid it but he’s not interested lol A lot more to our conversation of course, but he knows what he has to do and won’t do it Another mates Dad sold his ice cube making business on the Sunny Coast 2 years ago at 57 year old Sold it for millions after his dumb ass son who lives here and works as a stinking old Diesel Fitter didn’t want to take over the family business lol He would rather live and work here and hunt pigs and chase cows on days off. Fair play his Dad purchased him a $900k dump out here and his parents just moved into the same house with him under the same roof, but home but His Dad, smarter than my parents and in-laws transferred all his money and assets into his sons name this year at 60 years old. He still has access to his money via the credit cards setup in his sons name etc They did this to avoid any taxes put on this millions of dollars if his son inherited it all when he dies one day His Mum and Dad both look happy and healthy and they actually used to live next door to Lisa Curry-Kenny and sold their home for $3M rings a bell, but could have been $6M, I don’t remember exactly It was one or the other lol, they lived next door to her forever and just sold up to move out here to be with their son and grandkids
I will JM, won’t be next year as we gotta buy a house etc and settle in Mackay Maybe in 2025 when I get my $300K redundancy package we will go If not, definitely 2026 lol We will all have a great time and I just remembered, my brother wants to take his adult Children to Greece in a year or two, so maybe we might do that all together first
I am sort of in the similar delima but on a small scale. i have my previous resi to pass to the kids and trying to minimise the tax.. Pass them to the kids now will incur capital gain/ stamp duty? can't win..
This is sexy,ex L to R? He's big on flowery but not on what folk actually want to know. https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/1972-porsche-911-t-manual/SSE-AD-16101526/?Cr=6 Edit the vin:9112100924 US it appears.
Yep, I told my parents and my Brother around 7 years ago when both our parents were alive that we should transfer my Dads properties into my and my Brothers names. It was going to cost the Brother and I $11k each in stamp duty, my Parents weren’t too interested as they didn’t understand why I wanted to do it and my Brother didn’t want to pay his share. He told me to pay the $22k to get it done and one day when we sell the properties he will reimburse me my half after the sale. I told him to **** off and if I spend all that money then I will put it all in my name and when I sell them one day then I will give him half the sale money lol He promptly told me to **** off lol and we didn’t do anything. My Dad passed away a few years later in 2020 and my Mum in 2021. We have till May 2024 to transfer these properties into our names and guess what, it’s going to cost us a lot more than $11k each now. We sat with my accountant early last year and she layed it all out and my pea brain Brother looks at me and said “maybe we should have just transferred it into our name all those years ago” I Looked and told him “of course we should have you dumb ****, I told you so” So yeah……
I just don't get these sorts of cars. These models are common, why bother converting one from L to RHD? Just buy a RHD car and be done with it. 911s are incredibly difficult to convert properly (I've never seen a decent one), leave it LHD.
I'd say it the other way, the factory RHD/Aus/Books and tools/provenance sets the price, then it's backwards from there.
Well that was my inference.,same as any non Aussie built car. I'd stop my intimate nights with you to have a Bolwell Nagari in my shed.
Rocking horse poo. When looking for the hairy chested convertible I contacted the club, nil Nagari's have been for sale for years on the open market. I joined the club waiting for a phonecall...nada.
