The picture looks slightly out of place and lacks credibility for a so called Ferrari dealer looking to sell a GTS at $100k over. but thank you you made me laugh today I’m glad we have you here we all need a bit of amusement in this world. please come back with your next joke looking forward to it to boost my next morning
You can put a pre interest order in but, I don't think a deposit yet, it's just you are showing an interest in the car. If you insist they will probably also take some money as well but it doesn't really mean anything, just when info comes out officially you will be on the list to be notified Sent from my SM-S9180 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
812 coupe still in production? I think you are about three years behind on that statement.. As Day has repeatedly stated we will have a N/A V12 F167 revealed around June. Production 25. Dealers and brokers are clueless.. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
This statement was meant for 2nd generation of Roma, but is of course true for current edition as well.
Mepassione has rather muddled the thread... so, I'm summarizing one last time, F167 is the internal codename for the replacement of the 812, will have an NA V12 and will be unveiled mid 2024 for the coupe. It couldn't be clearer !!!
My dealer said exactly the same but also said the launch would be at Casa Ferrari at the 2024 Miami Grand Prix which is late April/early May.
Thanks day355, you could not be clearer on the 812 V12 replacement... nice one! Can I ask whether there is another model (not the F167) coming in the near future (1 - 2 years to release date) that explains the above comments regarding "Roma 2" (non-V12 GT). Or is this the point where the "mis-information / Fake News" started on the thread? Cheers!!
GT car first. 812 replacement second 2025 model year. BTW this was interesting. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Jesus what a load of c***. No it will not be a V12 turbocharged, or supercharged. Redesigning a motor takes 100s million dollars. The current V12 is the best in its category. There is now confirmation that the Euro 7 is mainly being ditched (at least in the version that would make NA V12 disappear for good). So what's the incentive for Ferrari to go and spend 100s of millions of Exor's money to design something that is not needed?
My understanding from the last several pages of this thread is the F167(aka 812 replacement) and the Roma2 will be built on the same platform but differ in proportions and content but most importantly in propulsion F167- V12NA only and the Roma2- turbo 8 (w/o hybrid)or 6(with hybrid but probably de tuned from the 296 would be my guess). I wonder which will be the faster of the two- Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
This Roma update is something that I don't quite figure out. Roma was launched at November 2019 and Spider at March 2023. So it is a lot newer model than 812 (launch at February 2017, based on F12). It just seems too new to be revised. It could be of course just a minor update focusing mostly on engine, but somehow I doubt this, given the recent launch of Spider. What is left, is a larger and more powerful version of Roma style GT.
All electric version of the Roma…that would be something totally different. Still hearing that the f167 is a 2024 launch so could be 812 replacement then all electric Roma. Production seems like it’s taking a bit for all models right now so who knows when we will really see. I was late to join the 296 GTS party (was originally told 1 to 2 years) and just yesterday was told I am still 1 to 2 years out! My history helped on the list but being so late hurt. My dealer hasn’t delivered one 296 GTS yet so we are a long ways out on 812 replacement deliveries. I plan to just keep using my 812 GTS as much as possible in the mean time
True for America but wrong for Europe and China, Purosangue deliveries have started for Europe. I like Ferrari making fun of Americans(Except for special customers)
Saw a beautiful 296GTS in the flesh this past weekend- much better looking in person. Need to sit in one to check out the body and leg room before I dive in. The 812GTS was ultimately disappointing for me as the lack of leg and seat reclining made it more uncomfortable the longer I sat in it and the smaller trunk made it less of a super GT(my 458 and 488 were better in those respects)Loved my SF much more and sorry I made the change… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I’m planning for the PS and 167. Plan to never sell the 812SF or F8… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
day355 has made these two comments below over the last 24 hour period... 1)"There will be a continuation of the Roma range, but no questions about that please..." 2)"so, I'm summarizing one last time, F167 is the internal codename for the replacement of the 812, will have an NA V12 and will be unveiled mid 2024 for the coupe. It couldn't be clearer !!!" So I ask we move any more discussion of the (Roma 2/ GT / continuation of the Roma range) to the ROMA category. That way there is no more mudding of the facts or confusion between the 2 different Models. Kind Regards Simon
