Don't think so: Leclerc is in love with Ferrari (he says) and seems ready to take the punishment. Unreliability comes with the territory.
Sounds like a weak clutch but Lelcerc would not go into details.....aside from the supposed hydraulics.

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc spoke to Sky Sports after crashing into the wall during the formation lap and as a result, did not start the grand prix. He said: "I had no hydraulic any more. I don't think it's a hydraulic problem, I mean I know what it is but I can't go too much into detail. Then there was an engine thing that made me lock the rear wheels and then I spun into the wall so I couldn't do anything."
