I'm currently considering ordering a new Roma. In order to make an informed decision, I'd like to know what is next after the current version / model? From following other threads on FChat and speaking to my local dealer, I understand the following:
    • Order book for the current Roma model will close in Qtr 3 of this year. Although some members of FChat seem to think the order book is already closed, however this has not been confirmed by other members such as Marcel Massini.
    • A Roma Spider will be released next year. It will be a "soft" top, not a retractable hard top. It will have the same 2+ configuration as the current Roma.
What I do not know is:
    • Will there be a Roma "M" version released next year? And if so, what will the changes / developments to the current Roma be? Will it have a V8, or a V6 Hybrid like the Ferrari 296?
Keen to read other members thoughts / insights.

    C.

Seems like lots of speculation here.
    Next year? Who knows?

You'll never second guess the system but there may a slightly clearer indication after the next analysts meeting on June 16 where they are supposed to be revealing the next future plan

A quick update since posting above... Books now close at the end of June. Soft-top spider is speculation at this stage, correct, but speculation from some very reliable sources.

As above, I'm still very interested to hear from anyone, especially the likes of Il Co-Pilota, Marcel Massini, Albert-LP & Day355 if any future “Roma” coupe models are in development. I.e. mid-front engine V8 or V6* coupe with 2+ or 2+2 setup.

Obviously I’m already aware of 812 Replacement and Purosangue, but others?

We're now in to July and order books are still open for Roma. According to my dealer its just about the only thing they can order right now...

The Roma Spider is not speculation anymore - it will be released end of winter 2023. I suspect same Roma/PortoM engine, and I hope for design elements modifications (ala Roma M).

Ok, so as above Roma Spider now released with soft top and retaining 2+ configuration.

But how about the Roma M (Modificata / Versione Speciale)?? I have read that it is due for reveal next year… 2024??

I read in other threads that there will be no successor for the Roma apart from the spyder itself.

In the 812 forum there is a lot of talk from credible sources that a 'new version Roma' is coming next year in parallel to 812 successor.

Unfortunately, yeah. Aston-Martin's pretty happy about it though...

In that case, I think we should have seen some prototypes yet, and it's not the case. Anyway, I don't have more info than the one I have read here...

There have been various posts here and on Instagram that have made that claim.
