Did you read the history,deco style built in the early 1939s by the 50s the hotel was x closed do to the gold rush ending .

Be worth a drive too if one had a 4x4 with suitable tyres.

 

It's on the road to Meekatharra, sealed all the way, no need for a 4x4.

It is however a very long and boring drive.

Unfortunately no, I was young and in a hurry to get to Meekatharra.

There's nothing much there either. It's the perennial problem with WA, there are things to see but they're a long way apart, with lots of unchanging country in between.
