I heard from my dealer today that there were two options discussed for the 812 replacement none confirmed yet - either the 6.5L with a hybrid - or a smaller engine ( possibly lower cylinder) : which would imply either a hybrid or turbo hybrid Also hearing target : 1000 bhp therefore everything seems to be pointing towards a hybrid powertrain - a pure NA 6.5L V12 without hybrid assist seems unlikely to me. expected launch i was told Miami next year end of April / May which a few other members here have already confirmed. also heard of a facelift / sportier & redesigned version of the roma - I assume what people call roma 2
I’m guessing here. But if I was in Ferrari Land, I would leak many different little pieces of information in the form of conjectures or possibilities - nothing complete, just half bites. And I would not say the same things to all channels. I would do this for a long time in order to build hype and conjecture among the faithful, creating a groundswell of anticipation and pent up demand. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Why is it necessary or noteworthy to point out that the 812 replacement has a V12? If it didn’t have a V12 then it wouldn’t be the 812 replacement by definition.
Well perhaps the hype comes from the fact it is marketed as the 812 replacement …while if is not a v12 then agreed it would be a brand new model altogether and pent up demand for it would be lower than if it was the replacement of the 812. it could also be a hybrid v12 from what i heard i have a feeling it is likely going to be a hybrid engine whether its a v12 or smaller engine. we should know soon
Dude, are you kidding, we are commenting based on F167's video, also the names very close to the factory do not even discuss the fact that it is a naturally aspirated V12, not a hybrid.
It's a shame, but if you had been nicer you could have had the info... So I'll leave you to your curiosity Congratulations for your Roma spider !

I really don’t understand some folks obsession with Camaros. Truly I don’t. I had a 1973 Z28 manual that I thought was awesome back in the day but today I know the average Civic would out perform it. It had round taillights. I never walk up to my 812 and think, “dang that looks like my old Camaro”… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
