    BTW - from what I have been told, and seen from other goofballs in my previous HOA, even with sealant, stay away from the salt brotha. I mean use it sparingly if you have to, but that stuff is going eat through it and then eat through the concrete eventually (even the salt listed safe for concrete).

    I am by no means an expert, just what I have seen and been told by others. Of course, what are you supposed to do when you have people walking on it and are getting deliveries? Let them break their necks like the thunderdome?

    I love that, ultimately, the solution to the driveway being too low was to lower the car even further with air suspension.

    Stupidly low. Never mind about the driveway, what about the roads? Would not be drivable in my city with all the speed bumps and other “traffic calming” devices we have

    With flippers on. I have 3" clearance..... but what gets me is the overhang. Air suspension should get me an addition 3" when needed so that should help

    As an afterthought, maybe you should have put in heating elements when it was poured. But you aren't going to be driving the 488 in these conditions anyway.

    I dont know ??? WTF ? If a house is going to built in a fire hazard area they are engineered as such.

    Can I assume you knew that you would be hit with ice ? Why wasnt something engineered as such ?

    Or should be just assume , ICE = NO Ferrari driving ?
