When the board talks about Mr Injector are you referring to the outfit in the US or the UK? Both are called Mister Injector if you google. But perhaps they are affiliated?
Thank you. UK makes more sense to us.... Are they affiliated or did they just happen to have the same idea?
Reviving old thread to give some love to Mr. Injector. Currently fixing loose cam cover bolts and refinishing the manifold so while easy access to the injectors I sent all 12 to Idaho and he did an absolutely terrific job at servicing them and returning to me quickly. He tests them, cleans them properly, replaces all plastic and o-rings, repaints the shafts, and provides a nice report on each one. All for $20 / per. Highly recommend! https://www.mrinjector.us/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I also had good success with the USA mr. injector while servicing Fcars during major services. However, I don't personally know how often an owner should send them back after the service.
Quite a bit less expensive than R.C. Engineering in Torrance, CA. At least when I had mine done. They did a great job, though.
Yes rc is 30% higher cost. The reason to use rc is if close. I can carry in store and pick up next day. Otherwise shipping is shipping.
Stumbled across this. Chinese of course but I wonder how effective it is... Fuel Injector Cleaner Tester,CT160 Automotive Injection Systems Cleaners,Fuel System Cleaners Testers, 4-Cylinder Petrol Car Nozzle Heated Cleaning 110V/220V, Fuel Injectors - Amazon Canada
That would be a deal considering how often and how many injectors I get serviced. But where do you source the injector parts like o rings probably not hard to find or the FI inlet screens or nozzle tops?
