Both my parents were lifesavers at the Noose Heads Surf Club SC QLD in the early 50s . Don't recall seeing girls in the Red&Yellow,but I wonder if your Dad rescued me from a strong rip at Noosa Heads in the mid '50s. Full belt & reel excercise.

Wish my folks had lived to that age. Mum 42 Dad 56. But medicine has improved tremendously since those days.

I remember that Motel. We used to go to Noosa fairly often and with Mum & her Mum , Dad would always have to go round to Sunshine Beach I think it was to look at a house that belonged to The Myer family from Melbourne.
