I was at a sprint day when your Dad was there with that car - might have been the same day! I remember him in my mirrors on full opposite lock coming down the hill onto the straight. Looked sensational.
First time I saw your dad was at Darlington Park ........ that was a dangerous track with trees very close to the track
Yeah, but a very interesting layout. The 4ft thick gum tree on the outside of the tight left hander after a blind crest sticks in my memory

It's incredible that 60% of all RHD production ended up in Australia. And of total production, over 10%. Australia really punched above its weight in 1970s Lamborghini sales. Does anyone know what became of Henry Nehrybecki and Tony De Fina?
Beautiful car but attention to detail: Islero was the bull that killed Manolete and was of the Miura line.
I knew Henry in the early 80's when the shop was at Crows Nest. He moved it up to Hornsby in 85 or 86?? My recollection is that he died not long after.
Thanks John, I'm not that well versed in the early Lamborghini history, that fills in a bit. He wouldn't have been that old when he died it seems. I can tell you a bit about G.T. Lamborghini here in Melbourne, around the time the place "burned" down lol.
My sister (tower in Brighton -you know the one) enjoys this as her little shopping car to the local stores. So easy to park.
