    It’s so stunning to look at, and an even better driver if thats possible. Prices have come back down a bit, FWIW. I keep looking for a Gulf Heritage as well as a lower mileage flawless red/white to replace mine, which is drivers quality but so nicely modified.

    Have driven a few, 05/06’s they are worlds more comfortable over the original GT40’s. Yeah prices going down but still much higher than just a few years ago. Would like to find a black one with strip delete

    That would look super mean!
    I decided f*ck it a few years ago and started buying to try, keep what I loved. All too soon wont have the eyes or back or reflexes to enjoy them properly. My only vice, was time to feed it.

    I was looking to do a similar set up like yours began around 2005-2006. I decided not to buy the Ford GT because of bad gauge issues....and I could have bought one back then around 175K or less. Oh well. And I own a 2013 deep impact blue/ glass roof car, have owned for the past 10 years, last one when Shelby was alive......and I wanted to be sure to say....WOW that is one heck of a driveway!!

    Hello from Germany,

    I rarely post here, but what I saw today was a rare sight here in the German black forest region.
    I met a Czech guy, who had his lunch break here while bringing his newest acquisition from London to his hometown Prague. I am located on a more or less straight line 800 kms (500mls.) east of London and 650kms (405mls.) west from Prague. Just thought I could share the pics. Shelby 500 GT 'Eleanor' (recreation?) He told me it is one of the remaining movie cars (Gone in 60 seconds), but I doubt this. Great car nevertheless.

    Hello Martin,

    Beautiful fastback Mustang that is my favorite year. I used to have black car with silver stripes and an Eleanor body kit as well. 40 My wife is from the Czech Republic and people cannot believe how rare it is to see American muscle cars in Europe. These cars are like seeing F40 Ferrari’s in the states

    Then went off for dump body and plow, got finished truck three weeks later
