Been enjoying the 991.2 so much like the 3.0 twin turbo motor, that I contacted Porsche Melbourne to order a 992 T as this ticks the boxes for me, light, 6-speed manual, no rear seats,LSD , shorter gears ...No luck allocation taken . Went to another dealer they have a canceled order (the client moving interstate, and can't register in another State ! Delivery May and my choice of color and specs nearly signed up and then thought, just didn't warrant the changeover cost. I'll wait till the 992.2 comes out and with a similar package -Be an ideal car for GG.GAD etc

First saw one of those in Targa 1996, driven by Jim Richards. He supposedly spent $80K on it before it turned a wheel and boy, it was fast. I spoke to his Nav, and then shut the door for him - it was so light, I nearly fell over when I overbalanced pushing on it.
That car is now in a massive car collection in Tassie -Most of the car prep work came directly from Porsche .
He certainly enjoyed his Porsche race-rally cars . 968CS 993 RS/CS Various GT3 and Cup cars and the Turbo rally unit .
