Got nothing against him, but my feeling for the brand has been diminishing since the shareholders run the show, this was the final straw, I’ve bought a **** load more Ferraris than this guy since 1994 and had to basically beg to get my SF90 XX, made to feel like I’m the luckiest so & so on the planet, and a guy who has only a handful of the modern stuff can jump on the preferred list doesn’t sit well with me, and 2 Very Large Clients in UK are royally pissed.. won’t happen overnight but Ferrari made a big mistake here, this to me tells me all about Ferrari now. Happy to keep my F12 & 458 Speciale, but won’t get on the configurator again with Ferrari..
It's the branding in part you buy into - customers and dealership with factory all invest time money. It's why I despise the cheap comments towards owners who busted their ass to get here. Shmee has jumped the line in many brands with Ford GT to Ferraris etc. it's hard on those who are deserving of a limited edition or early production car. We all know Ferrari wants him to show and drive their cars but an XX?

Shmee is among the very few I watch. He does a decent job reviewing features and isn’t afraid to log the miles on long road trips. I suppose he’s made an effort over the years to build his profile and generally casts Ferrari in a positive light. Whether Ferrari believes his endorsement and following is beneficial to them, isn’t something we’ll never know. Now, there are a couple other YouTubers who have nothing positive to say about the brand, yet they still end up with cars to review.
XX customers have been dealing with Ferrari for a long time. I have had zero warranty issues and enjoyed Ferrari events all over the world. You think we are disappointed as we toss 1M at XX and larger amount prior in our garage. Ferrari offers an owners experiences F1 Challenge dealer events etc. XX section - know your audience.
I can understand those who didn’t get an allocation being put out if they are long-time customers. But, Shmee is one of the hardest working guys on the internet, has a very positive mindset but is still honest enough about a car’s downsides. He has bought some heavy metal Ferraris with his own cash, and taken the depreciation on them. I can see why Ferrari gave him an allocation, though I would probably feel different if it was my allocation that he got! He is a good ambassador for the car world and not just some numpty who got lucky and doesn’t know how to behave. When he documents the process of ordering and specing up your own LE Ferrari, tell me there won’t be a thousand young guys determined to do the same in the future. Forget the stock market because any business owner should say the same thing - it’s investing in the future of the brand. And that serves all of us.

Do you really think that because you buy a few road cars, Ferrari cares ??? If it's not you, it's someone else, they don't care... The only people with whom they take gloves (and still...) are those of F1 clienti and the XX programme which are often the same, teams that enter GT2 and GT3 in the WEC championship, of their subcontractor you'll never hear of, sponsors, and at the extreme limit of those who race in one-design challenge, and even then...
Haven’t been given an explanation, but TM is saying “XX” is not allowed to be painted on the doors in lieu of numbers. Any guesses as to why?
Not yet. I have my atelier appointment next week, I'm guessing most US production will start by the end of 2024. I've heard Europe will be closer to the middle of next year.

Over Xmas/ New Years I’ve seen a few new sf90 xx vids of customer cars being shaken down on the roads - especially Varryx … I’m assuming Italian /swiss/french clients deliveries from march /april …
Happy new year! It's a coupe - my appointment is tomorrow. Will gladly share if we come up with something interesting. I don't have any particular configuration in mind so I'm curious where we'll end up. My default spec is the Bianco Artico launch config.
Do you have any links? The Varryx videos I saw looked like prototypes still, not customer cars. I heard first Europe deliveries would be towards the middle of 2024, with US following 6 months later.
