    It is part of the XenForo load and I don't think any of the defaults were changed. We need to come up with our own!

    -2 one word response to get post count higher
    +50 user bottom up moderation to keep community inline
    -100 random post saying how bad moderator or admin is for community without explanation except you got banned 5 years ago for breaking a stated rule.
    +200 can drive a manual
    +500 can change oil of Ferrari
    +1000 can change rotors and pads of Ferrari
