Sf90 car play

Pretty sure it’s wired. I wired it and it worked but couldn’t figure out for the life of me if I could use it wirelessly. The location of its annoying and you would think they would have USB-C in the 23s.

 

Wired and wireless, though I use a screen mount and keep CarPlay off because you lose the rev counter.

 

I haven’t been able to get wireless to work.

 

Wireless for me. connected via the same process for most cars. it's in the sf90 manual. works pretty well but does drop for no reason once in a while.

 

I’ll check the manual. Tried again fumbling my way through and couldn’t get it to work.

 

Can you please share the model of the adapter you bought?

 

Yeah, in my experience, it's supposed to work both wired and wirelessly. But, you know, sometimes getting it set up can be a bit of a pain. Just make sure your iPhone is rocking the latest iOS version, and give both the phone and the car system a restart. If the wired connection isn't playing nice, double-check your USB cable and maybe swap it out for another one if you can. That might do the trick.

 

I have a 2025 sf90 spider and I can’t get wireless to work. Works on wired cable (only in the middle compartment), my 296 wireless car play works fine. So weird, iPhone 16 latest iOS and the version of the sf90 software attached

 

I had a similar issue and the dealer updated the software and I has been working so far

 

It works wired when it wants to and wirelessly very rarely. Amazing they can't figure it out.

 

I have a 296 GTS and SF90 Spider and I kept thinking I must be doing something wrong but service confirmed with FNA, only the 296s and Purosangue are wireless but the SF90 series remains wired.

Furthermore, carplay only works if the armrest USB is used. It will not work with the extra USB under the dash by the cup holder which I didn't know existed until I was told by service. And of course, the 296s do not come with the extra USB by the cupholder.

can also confirm, 296 works great sf90 only wired on armrest lol which is a problem that 16max with the case barely fits.

 

and service told me sf90 only supports wired carplay :/

 

I’ve tried to access wireless as I do on my Maserati and there’s no connection. The phone syncs for calls but not car play. Frustrating .

 

Try it without car play. just the Bluetooth connection. that works for me for phone calls, Spotify, and Waze. just don't get cash screen.
