Taillights seem much higher. If they all lined up the angle of the crease would be awkward, and not really aligned with any other feature, i.e., shoulder line, door sill.
Is it me our does it look like the front hood line also the drivers seating appear lower than past models ?

Can anyone request to do a tailor made Ferrari? What about first time buyers? Do Tailor made customers get quicker allocations? I know TM customers might have to wait a few months before they can get there design planned out, but once all is said and done do there cars show up sooner... given that they are paying $100k+ extra. Any info on TM for F167. Can you put in a early request with a dealer or is it invite only?
In the US you'd had have bought multiple car's prior to TM appointment. But Other parts of the world are different
very nice, as usual with yiur work. I think @day355 mentioned the rear lights won't be one strip bar, but something unique.
Yep, believe he mentioned that it's not a full lightbar, but it's split in the middle and unique to the F167 - something along those lines.
Thank you. Yes, I’m aware of what was written about the tail light(s), but I just can’t un-see the single bar, LOL. I’ll try something different in the next sketch.
Sometimes TM builds literally take years to complete due to the variety of exotic choices involved, that's part of what make it a TM build, you are ordering from beyond the standard options or what Atelier can do.
The good news is after your TM is approved, it begins to go into production. That production time is typically 12-18 months. That’s what they told me…
I think anyone can request Tailor Made, not sure on how they will allocate it, my guess is their more known clients will get the first spots. I do know there is very strong demand for these spots. It may take quite some time to get your spec approved- that alone can take up to a year. And then it can take as much as another year for the build to complete. All in all, I would say you are looking at a solid 18-24 months from when you spec the car to when it arrives- and that does not count time waiting for the appointment. As to should a first time client get a tailor made appointment- my own opinion - and my suggestion if this applies to you- is no. You should take your time to get to know Ferrari before jumping in this deep. This is really my advice to anything. Take your time. I think if you really want to do some custom things, start at the Atelier. This will also involve a time to get approval and a time to get it built- but it wont be as long. And the process is not as involved, but you can do a surprising amount of customization. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Recently received an email from my dealer with an invitation to set up a TM appointment. I purchased 5 cars from this dealer over 6 years, 3 cars were pre-owned. I'd have taken advantage of this previously, but have no interest in a 296, Purosangue, or Roma. I think things are slowing for Ferrari and they're reaching out to former customers that have become dormant.
Appreciate everyones feedback regarding TM. Honestly, I'd probably only need atelier. Though, I could see my self wanting to make a lot of custom changes to the interior that only thing I really care about is doing a non standard opaco paint job and maybe some custom leather seats, but I could live without the seats if I had to. Can anyone do atelier or is that also selective?
Depending upon your dealer, a one off TM leather or other option may be doable at the dealer level. It is getting to see the product option that is ultimately the issue.
