See previous post - he does NOT want to win a SB, otherwise he would replace McCarthy. They don't need a complete rebuild. They need a real coach, and a 1 or 2 more pieces. A real HC, cause McCarthy is not the answer for Dallas.

What about Jim Harbaugh? Exactly, so Harbaugh is perfect for this. Look at what he did with Andrew Luck, JJ McCarthy, Alex Smith, and Colin Kaerpernick. He is excellent at developing and improving QBs. Alex Smith was mediocre, Harbaugh got the best out of him and got them to the NFCCG (eventually losing to the Giants in OT). Harbaugh can get the best out Dak in my opinion
