No coach. The only thing Tomlin is good for is his own job security. Same set of problems for YEARS now with no change in approach & definitely no change in results. If anything there is a incremental worsening of those same problems year after year.

When it comes to predicting Eagles disasters, most of us life long fans have had plenty of practice. There is no legal sports betting in NC or I would have made enough on that Bucs for my next annual fluids changes on both Ferrari.

so Jim Irsay's "respiratory illness" was an opiate overdose?

    this is wild.

found unresponsive, cold to the touch, and needed narcan.

Jerry wants to win now. He’s 81

He cannot afford the time of a complete rebuild.

That team has enough talent. He knows it. Not sure what can get them over the mental hump

Yes - apparently JJ does not want to win a SB.

See previous post - he does NOT want to win a SB, otherwise he would replace McCarthy.

They don't need a complete rebuild. They need a real coach, and a 1 or 2 more pieces.

A real HC, cause McCarthy is not the answer for Dallas.

    Who? Belichick? Saban?

and to me it seems like their choking in the playoffs usually comes down to Dak... he is a good player without the ability to "close" in big moments like a Tom Brady type, or at least not throw it away

Wow, this guy Gardner-Johnson doesn't know when to keep his trap shut. He got into it with Deebo Samuel, and now this. I guess we will see what happens this Sunday.

Dak is Derrick Carr and Kirk Cousins stats. Would have to be an elite D to win a SB with that. Oh, Dallas had that until last weekend.

    What about Jim Harbaugh?

Exactly, so Harbaugh is perfect for this. Look at what he did with Andrew Luck, JJ McCarthy, Alex Smith, and Colin Kaerpernick. He is excellent at developing and improving QBs. Alex Smith was mediocre, Harbaugh got the best out of him and got them to the NFCCG (eventually losing to the Giants in OT). Harbaugh can get the best out Dak in my opinion
