Exactly. There are few events more enjoyable than Retromobile and Auto e Moto d'Epoca, For a very modest ticket cost, one gets to see an extraordinary and wide-ranging selection of automobiles, interesting not only for Ferraris and other great marques, but also charming Citroen Traction Avants, etc. Vendors and normal appreciative enthusiasts from all over - pleasant to chat with; books, art, and models to brows and shop. A few euros on the Metro to arrive from your hotel, no need for a rental car. At the end of the day, an evening in Paris. Stay a few days and visit the splendid Musee d'Orsay, and soon again Notre Dame restored. Who needs the increasingly life-style vanity of Cavallino and the Quail at offensive expense, which I no longer entertain. From the photos (thank you), a fine display of Ferraris at Retromobile this year.
Very well put Sir! Greetings from the metro just left Retromobile where I met literally a hundred friends colleagues from all over the world and saw fabulous cars including 512M 1024 which I test drove 9 years ago, very special! Heading to a nice late Parisian dinner now. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I found one more - black and white. Same car? Newer photo - looks like it's parked next to a Dino. So, where is the car today? Bob Z. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, I would say same car. I saw 0189EL twice at auctions in Monaco in 1991 and 2008. It was in France recently with a stupid two tones colour.
That’s it ! Thanks ! I don't understand what is going through the owner's mind to repaint his car like this !

Two hours ago I was right by that car, with the owner of 4219GT, another 64 body GTO, and he said the same thing
This perfectly illustrates the fact that two tone paint can do a lot for the visual appearance of a car - and also can destroy it when wrongly applied
