Selling these silly rags is certainly on Ferrari’s mind. Elton will gleefully parade around ensconced in ‘fashion.’

He will!! and to the bank.

Do I think he's better then Sainz? yes.

That's the only question I have, since I only care about a championship.

What Ham does in his personal time is no business of mine.

I'm curious how many Ferrari fans really know the history of the maker and the sport. I would wager 99% don't since they are the most popular team and probably the only brand most have ever heard of. When you think about it this is no different than people who cheer for other top rated teams in other sports.

I cannot see Hamilton being a good partner for Charlie. I see problems coming within the team.

I would have been really interesting to bring back Alonso. I could celebrate that move. This one, I'm not getting the vibe yet.

    So here's the question

Can anyone see Hamilton winning another WDC in a Ferrari?

I don't. So, what's the point? Anyone who thinks he's going to ride shotgun for Charlie to help him win is crazy.

not about winning ... at least, not about winning on track.

Read the thread, the point you're looking for will emerge ;)

They're definitely not best buds, but aside from the potential (probable) drama it will be awesome to see Lewis and LeC competing in essentially the same car.
Of course Lewis v Max in equal machinery would be the ultimate, followed by Lewis v Alonso, but a 3rd most interesting head-to-head competition Lewis v LeC will do fine.
And one thing I haven't seen yet are any tears for Carlos getting the boot.

The problem is going to come when one has the better chance to win the WDC. I cannot see Hamilton taking team orders from Ferrari to help Charlie.

For sure, its an incentive for Charlie to beat Lewis. But will Lewis play a support role to help him win? I don't think so.

The handwriting has been on the wall for Carlos for some time. That doesn't come as a surprise. LEWIS however is a surprise. As much as Norris would be if he jumped from Mac to Ferrari.

Has Lego released an inspiring Hamilton minifig yet? ;)

Clearly, entire new sets of Lego Ferrari builds are in the works already!! :D

For me that is a wrong decision on every possible level for Ferrari. They will pay a HUGE amount of money for someone, that will be 40 years old and that is obviously at the end of his career and who hasn't won for years. The whole thing will definitely not be a good sign for Leclerc about his position in the team, that he has dedicated so much to and on top of that they will 100% demotivate Sainz for the following season. For me Sainz was a perfect driver for Ferrari, he showed he can win and has a lot to achieve in F1 in the near future. He also has already clicked everyone in the team and he learned to work with them. For me Elkann has made so many wrong decisions in Ferrari it's almost unbelievable. Actually getting Vaseur was probably one of the very few good ones. But Hamilton to Ferrari - for me that will be a huge disaster.

If they build a truly competitive car he will win the WDC. No doubt.

He is one of the best drivers on the grid right now, so it's down to the car. Max and Alonso would also win the WDC in a top Ferrari. Others? Perhaps, but less sure.

Even if Ferrari build the best car, Hamilton still has to beat Leclerc. Perhaps more importantly, Ferrari can't self implode like they always do.
