    That's the watch that started my passion for watches. My dad had one when I was a kid & he still wears it to this day. My wife bought me one since she knew I was so fond of my dad's. My dad's is well worn to say the least. It's traveled with him on his adventures in over 40 different countries.

    I really like Seikos, and I have a Seiko 5 that I wear on occasion. I bought my son a Seiko last year for his birthday, because he needed a mechanical watch for his work.

    I've thought about buying a Seiko GMT myself, although I don't know I need another watch-- and I tend to prefer smaller watches like my Rolex Explorer 36.

    I love my Casio watches. Best value in the watch world. Not flashy or impressive but they remind me of my childhood.

    Have one of these too, from my Dad...

    Spent $500 over the holidays rebuilding another one of his watches, a Seiko Bellmatic, that has the little alarm hammer in it....cool feature for the 60s

    My dad did a lot of business in Japan, starting in the early 1960s through his passing in the 1980s. He loved the various Japanese watches-- Seiko, Citizen, etc.

    He was also a big Nikon camera fan!

    Oh, if it’s a competition let me go ahead & start at last place. I’ll work my way up eventually. I wear what I like & what makes me feel good. Unlike the majority of people on the planet, I’ve actually been kidnapped & held hostage because of a watch. I like the flashy stuff but it’s a little overrated.

    Today I’m keeping it basic with the Casio F-91W
