For the front and rear, what lights up is at both ends Tail lights are 167 specific, Opening the hood against the wind... What gives this impression of muscle car are the front and rear wings, and especially the very muscular rear with its reactors . I think the best color for the car is silver grey, and there are black parts that will have to be left in black...
Thanks, @day355 — always grateful for your insight. Don’t want to put you on the spot but can you critique any of the renderings posted and comment how close they are—hot… cold… Also wonder some times what the Ferrari folks think when seeing all the discussion and speculation.
Wait… I missed the part about “reactors”!! Is this a ‘francisme’ for the exhaust or is there some kind of rocket exhaust on the rear fender tops?!
You have to snthetize Ohno's renderings, isot with yours, and the results would be nice. Let's think about keeping the element of surprise
@ingegnere, I think what d355 is saying about the lights is that front headlights are 12 inch long light bar each and also that rear tail light lenses are a 12 inch long light bar each. There may even be a body contour line connecting them front to back. Would love to hear 355 and MM feedback on this
They are a continuation of the body line that crosses the doors in side view. Now,let's make room for revelation...
I'm still find it interesting that they showed the dealers before a VIPs event. With the pubic launch at the GP. The car will sell it sell the dealer is just taking the money
Maybe it has some dark accents when it lights up that's why some say it is not a one single continuous strip
Ferrari should keep their GT(V8&V12)lines and make their future releases in luxurious silver or grey color as a theme imho
Maybe someone has a better eye, then myself can find the F167. If you zoom in and look around the lot, there does look to be at least 1 or 2 potential candidates. https://www.google.com/maps/place/44%C2%B031'52.0%22N+10%C2%B052'05.0%22E/@44.5311121,10.8674119,163m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m4!3m3!8m2!3d44.5311111!4d10.8680556?entry=ttu https://earth.google.com/web/search/44%c2%b031%2752%22N+10%c2%b052%2705%22E/@44.53111158,10.86805603,123.65114854a,581.79021882d,35y,0h,0t,0r/data=ClsaMRIrGXOF0nL7Q0ZAISU4mshxvCVAKhc0NMKwMzEnNTIiTiAxMMKwNTInMDUiRRgCIAEiJgokCR2GjSwSREZAEYNUTZLpQ0ZAGWxKYdpQvSVAIfcxz_-juyVAOgMKATA
It’s not a continuous strip light bar in the rear. It couldn’t be with the trunk lid hatch opening. The rear lights are probably two separate one foot wide light bars and they probably wrap slightly around the rear side fenders like on the KC 23, where they connect to a side running contour line. This is going to look very modern and cool !
Very quick scribble (sorry) before catching a flight, ha-ha, to try to incorporate info. Maybe not capturing the ‘enormity’ of the exhaust but can’t believe it would be so big as to be vulnerable to damage. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Love the extra headroom part. May make the coupe the better car to have depending on how the spider version is designed Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
looks like the Karma Kaveya concept https://images.app.goo.gl/2pSgEPyukjWrhpb36 the more futuristic cars become the more i like the classic designs
Great job capturing the side contour line and fender flares. A version depicting the tail lights like those on the Karma Kaveya and you’ve got it!
Please do! I’ve not got much imagination for the front. Maybe add your idea for any side detail…. and the exhaust… and… anything else. Sorry for the poor quality sketch.
