Does anyone have experience with optional wheels and tires for the 308? what's the widest tire able to be fitted without having to modify bodywork?
    Thanks for your input

There's probably many decades of wheel/tire experience posted in the 308 section

Yes Matt at Alpha 9 supply. They are in Colorado , the wheels are manufactured by NTM and come out of Italy, but he is the exclusive US distributor and knows the product very well contact him. A few of us here on this forum have those wheels. And they are fairly reasonably priced.

Alex those wheels look great! I want to do some thing similar with my GTB but probably stay with 16’s. It looks like you even have some more room in the rear to push out and could have gone with a slightly lower offset in the back if you desired.

I've been experimenting a bit with mine, and I found that you can go up to a 245/40R18 setup without any modifications to the bodywork. Of course, always good to check the offset to ensure proper clearance.

Yup, offset and tire size is just as important as the width.
Alex, what tire size are you running up front?

If I was to do it all over again, I would go 16 all the way around as well cause I think the rear rim looks a little too big let me check on tire size
