    Taping and plaster of the whole house about 1/2 way done. No one will show up till after Christmas- hoping painters can start soon. That would be huge progress.

    T&G for the outdoor spaces, flooring and brown coat should be starting soon. Month of January will be lots of progress.

    Will post some updated photos after the new year! Merry Christmas all. Thx for allowing me to share. It’s been a journey!

    Long time ago. Roof, insulation, drywall, windows, electrical, hvac, speakers, Av all done.

    Waiting on flooring, tile, cabinets, finishes.

    This is a wonderful thread, I’ve been following since its inception.

    We’ll be fitting our unit out at The Motor Enclave (Tampa) in the not too distant future. It’s currently in MEP design, the mezzanine is under construction off site.

    It’s not nearly the size of this project, perhaps I’ll start a new thread to document its progress. Some folks are going all out as it’s going to be a social haven for many. Image Unavailable, Please Login

    I think we're flying in March 1 for 9-10 days - hitting Scottsdale ( need a steak at City Hall ), then a buddies in Cave's Creek, then up to Sedona, maybe Havasu, and back to Scottsdale. No real plans yet. No worries if you're busy.
