Wanted Aggressive 355 Wheels

Looking for a set of wheels for 355. More than likely something aftermarket and more aggressive than the stock wheels.

 

What diameter?

 

IMHO the best looking 355 wheels are the Hamann PG3s

Good luck finding a set as they only made an extremely limited numbers of sets over 20 years ago now. It took me years to source the set I have.

 

Not denying the Hamann’s (built by OZ?) are great, but that car is making them look extra good with the stance and the huge brakes.

Well given I have no plan to purchase a 355, I actually will be selling my 355 spec rear wheels (19x11ET66) soon, complete with center caps/etc.

If someone is interested shoot me a PM.

 

I have this set of HRE 505M wheels currently for sale. I will have them off the car and detailed for an official "For Sale" ad later this week, but if anyone is interested let me know.

The fronts are 18" x 8" and the rears are 19" x 11". They currently have Michelin PS4S tires on them in good shape. I will ship them for free in the continental US.

hey thats my old car! they are classic 305m's

 

I actually bought the wheels from another Fchat member who sold a black F355 Berlinetta and the new owner didn't want the wheels. So the wheels went from one black Berlinetta to another black Berlinetta...

 

You are right they are the 305M not the 505M!

 

I now have these listed in a separate For Sale ad, they are a great set of wheels, and the staggered sizes definitely makes them look aggressive on the car.

Also, when I took them off and cleaned them up I realized the front wheels are 8.5" wide not 8.0" as I originally stated.

Does anyone know who made these wheels (presumably it was bbs or oz) and what they were called? I don’t think I’ve ever seen them outside of the Koenig website.

 

Keonig would often contract with OZ so I would start there (unless you have a clearer photo)

 

Oh, man, i’ve been wondering for 25 years. Never had a lead or seen an “in the wild” pic.

They look more like Schmidt wheel than anything OZ ever did.

 

They’re F A G I X (seems some French manufacturer that made split wheels). In the link there’s a pic of the certificate…

Very special look [emoji6] probably in Japan there should have been some around… i think lot of Koenigs went there…
