Need help recognizing someone in a photo

I'd ask Phil Tetgmeier, Last I heard he was still judging at the Radnor Concours and working part time selling cars through his virtual dealership Philville in Easton, PA. Pretty sure he'll know any or all of these guys in both images.

Steve Ahlgrim might be able to help. I don’t think he’s a member here so I’ll send him a link to the thread.

 

Phil and Steve are both East Coast guys. Thats a picture of Bay Area guys. An Ex Griswold guy like me (I dont recognize him) or Pat Ottis or Ivan Zaremba maybe. So many of them are gone now.

 

Bill Townsend might if he can be found. And Dan whats his name. Polish name as I recall. The parts scrounger. Had an office near Pats place for a long time.

 

Have not seen Marc since those days. Bill worked at Griswold first. Its how I knew him. I remember that TR in your Dads old shop in Hayward.

Last I saw Bill was at Griswold renunion. in early 90's? He was technical writer living up in foothills. Gold Country somewhere.

 

I was but ten years ago I moved to Texas. Hardly get back to California anymore. We might do Monterey this year. Have not even been there for several years. Its different now that its no longer an hour and a half drive and I have to actually pay for everything. My other half has Eds old job at FCA, Chief Judge so we are busy doing that.

 

Try Chuck Queener. East coast now but was SoCal.

 

Ed G and Sherry are both alive and well. We did lose David McCarthy and Phil Reilly though.

I only knew Don Wassermann the last 5 years of so of his life. I knew that he was a Ferrari judge at Pebble, but I wouldn't recognize him from your photo.

 

Phil spent some time at Pebble I think. Just figured I pick the only guy I know who's older than me still active in the community.

Could be. Never knew him until we were both judging nationally. He stopped a couple years ago. We still miss him. He signed the warranty book in our TR.

 

Met Phil maybe 30 years ago. Worked with him at the FCA regional concours in Reading, PA with Pietro Castiglione, Gary Goodman, Phil and a few other interesting characters. Later on hung out with him once a week at a lunch joint somewhere in Chester County, PA.

I miss him too. Wonderful stories, interesting character.
