I've finally done it. Picking up my first Ferrari tomorrow!

    When I was 14, I lived at my mom's house on a couch in the extra room. I always loved cars and one day made a handwritten list with colored pencils that I hung on my wall next to that couch. I still have the list somewhere, but haven't seen it in years. I remember it having a couple of things:
    1) Get a job making $60k per year. (For some reason I thought this would be more money than I would ever need)
    2) Buy a house over 3000 sqft
    3) Buy a motorcycle
    4) Marry a model
    5) Travel to Italy
    ... (Some other things I forget)
    10) Buy a Ferrari

    The list took me 31 years from then to complete, but tomorrow I'm checking off the final item! Picking up a 2014 F12 from the dealer and absolutely cannot wait!

    Thanks to everyone who posts on the forum. I read for hours and hours and hours to get more information about these cars, what to look for, how to negotiate, service costs, etc. Appreciate yall!

    LOL, I was one of the few who called off the wedding 6 weeks before with the model/fake boobies/lips etc....I had nightmares thinking of having a child with her and not looking anything like what she looked like.

    BTW, OP, that's a fantastic first Ferrari..a big V12 is nothing like it, congrats and post pics soon.

    My first bike was a 2001 R6. After it was stolen, I bought a 2005 MV Agusta F4 1000. That was my favorite bike I ever owned! I loved that thing and it honestly felt like a baby Ferrari to me. Amazing engine with quite a few little quirks. It would happily kill you if you weren't paying attention.

    After that, I had a Ducati 1299S and now i have an Aprilia RSV4, which I'm about to sell since I've bought the F12 and rarely ride the bike anymore.

    Okokok, so she's not ACTUALLY a model, but she sure looks like one. I'm average looking and she's a stunner and I know people assume I'm a rich guy who married a hot wife. The thing they don't know is that she makes the same income as me :)

    As an ex F12 owner, i can tell you from my experience that you are going to love her. What a Ferrari to be your first! That really is like losing your virginity to a super model ;)

    Always be fully aware of the tire temperatures, pressures and road surface conditions when unleashing the F12, she's a very wild girl!
