She became the girlfriend of The Cars drummer I think. The C4 was at Beverley Hills Ferrari where the photo was taken and Alberto Vargas did the drawing from that photo. I have it framed in my garage.
Looks like a ten year old with worn scissors cut out the car silhouettes, look at the C4's tires. Interesting ad though.
There is also a four page color brochure by Chinetti, done with the same title "The last three Ferraris". Marcel Massini

Back on track. 15357 which sold last year for $237K. I viewed the car here in Phoenix and it was outstanding. Original paint, well preserved, just a marvellous car. Had I not purchased 14633 a few months earlier, I would have bought this car. And of course, Marrone Colorado.... which IMHO is the best color on these cars. Image Unavailable, Please Login
A rare first paint survivor with all details in top condition and matching should be +400K. Little bit a shame such a great car change hands in the 200K range. Europe market seems to be stronger. Any technic and detail pics?
i didn't take more detailed pix of 15357. The car was located 30 minutes from my house and I went to look at it for a learning experience. The paint was presentable, however had quite a bit of checking. The interior had been redone correctly at some point in the car's life. The owner was a well know collector here in Phoenix that kept all of his cars in 'top condition'. This example had been serviced one year ago at EMC in Phoenix. It truly needed nothing. You can search BAT auctions and see loads of detailed pictures, including a driving video. I thought the car was well sold at the price it brought. I keep a small folder in my computer of all C4's offered for sale. Great for doing some research at a later date. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1972-ferrari-365-gtc-5/
Yes, remember the Scottsdale auction 2016 or 2017 and had in mind that there was interior done (so not a full preserved survivor) and engine bay and details need love.
If the car is still in the BAT condition i see a lot of work! engine top looks nice with some details which need attention but underside there‘s nothing i would not start to work at…
15693 when I had it.... and restored to a very high state after it went to Germany in 2014 . Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
