Just find somebody in your area with a plasma or waterjet cutting table and they can custom cut one for you. If you want to use stainless steel waterjet would cut cleaner. You can draw a plan or make a full size template with cardboard. Template might be better because you can test fit it to your car before any actual cutting of metal.
