Indeed Allison under delivered again as I said after his overly optimistic statements after Saturday in Bahreïn. Mercedes is now clearly in decline. The dream team is over. Hamilton knew..
I second this. F1TV is pretty darn nice. Great to have the option of going into the camera of any car you want, live, during a race (and quali and practice). Very nice , live statistics screen. Very entertaining tech shows that delve into things like brakes, latest upgrades, tires, engines, race engineering, etc. Great shows analyzing old, classic races. I find some of the commentators a bit annoying, and a bit too pro-British - but they're very good overall. Worth every penny in my opinion.
Pit stop speed was fine - just couldn't release him quicker due to very heavy traffic in pit lane - not Ferrari's fault.
Yes absolutely. Allison was whining in an interview that there’s a failure with the rules because of Red Bull dominance. Silly Allison BS because he wasn’t cleaver enough to exploit the rules. Glad he’s out of Ferrari.
also....Merc's next great hope, Kimi Antonelli, has had 2 mediocre F2 weekends thus far Ferrari has Bearman on the bench. advantage Scuderia
If i were Ferrari I’d do a deal with Haas to replace KMag immediately. Ollie is ready and KMag is regressing it seems
7th for his first race in F1, where he had to jump at the last minute - definitely a great result for Bearman. With such talent in the making, one may wonder what sense it makes to call an aging star (and pay a fortune for that)... but again, I suspect Ferrari management does not have the racing success as top priority.
Ferrari signed Vettel when Ricciardo was beating Vettel in their last season together. Now history is repeating with the signing of Hamilton. I hope Sainz either goes to Red Bull or Mercedes.
If he goes to MB it'd be a double scoop of a nightmarish scenario. New poll: Like for Sainz < dislike for Toto
