The radiator blind can be the louver type which is opened/closed automatically, or it can be the vinyl rollup blind type, which is pulled up by the driver with a handwheel under the dash. Then it's self-retracted when the driver pulls a trip lever that is next to the handwheel. The latter is a very poor system that might have worked as intended when the car was new. It's a part that is hard to get to and is generally not exercised. Over the years, the vinyl traps rain water and the working mechanism which is made of steel, including the retraction spring, just crumble away. I would not try to pull up the blind while on a road trip. If it pulls up (which I doubt) it most likely will not retract and you may end up with a an overheating situation. It's something you should look into at your convenience.

The turn signal cancels itself when the steering wheel returns to straight.

1111 GT has had ten owners in Italy, from Modena, Milano, Roma, Torino.

Now listed in the Ephemera section ....assuming they were shipped with 250 series and not from Daytona onwards (as might be the case) :)

    Great find....

For the "unicorn" items , we need a picture of a key fob & shell cloth.. :)

Routinely silly gouging prices from this vendor. A Weber key wrench for £300? $60 item all day long, easily found.

The link doesn´t work for me, but that looks like 1453? Which was spotted at Gallery Aaldering about six years ago and is still in The Netherlands with the same owner.

I agree, looks like 1453GT, which was restored by Roelofs I believe - exact same blue and same shade of red interior.

1453 GT arrived from Colorado/USA to Berne, Switzerland, on the 21st June 1989. Here it is at the customs station.
It went to the then official Ferrari dealership Sportgarage Bruno Wyss in Zofingen, Switzerland, who had it fully restored. It was twenty years later, on 21st October 2009, that it went from Switzerland to The Netherlands. 1453 GT was born Blu Sera MM 16349 but repainted lightblue prior to delivery, via John Von Neumann to first owner Charles Voschel in Beverly Hills/CA.
