430 Help! EAG has my cluster and ECU (Sorry everyone)

I am having my F430 converted locally in CT. The shop has the EAG kit and it looks great.

EAG has my instrument cluster and ECU. Tracking shows it was delivered 2/19 (perfect timing).

Does anyone have any connections or ideas as to how to reach them?

 

Plane ticket probably the cheapest. I think your parts would be low on the list of thing they are busy with.

The shop must have. Great news. I’m still very excited about the swap. I have wanted to do this for years. The shop received the kit only recently and we did not realize anything had been going on for the last week or so. Hopefully it all gets sorted out.

Does anyone else have any contacts? We were told last week the ECU/Cluster would be overnighted back. They were not and now our contact is radio silent.

I just want my parts back. I don't care if they have been flashed.

Sounds like they have said twice they would overnight it right away and then go radio silent until you reach out.

I am certain this will work out. I am just running into some time constraints with other work that is planned for the car. The kit from EAG is installed and it looks awesome.

 

Ever get it back? There’s a lot of time between last week and today to send something overnight that was supposedly done long before..

Not necessarily pained, but if I'm being completely honest with you, I've been struggling to find entertaining material to read while I'm at work hiding on the toilet.

Pretty much everyone on here question why you don’t have anything better to do than vigorously defend a business that destroyed itself from the inside. As such, you have NO credibility with most of us.

 

last time i checked i was an actual costumer helping other customers.

What was your experience with EAG? do you have a car that is a conversion candidate? how have any of your posts on the subject matter been helpful to the community?

 

I know enough to stay away from what was EAG, there has been so many complaints and issues over the years, even the former CEO is openly calling Art a scammer.

The drama has been great fun to follow….
