I have never seen that before. What does it say at the very bottom/center of speedo?

I have the same one in my '78. Not the best photo
I like it because it has KPH in yellow digits for the Canadian metric system.
However, I imported the car from California. Perhaps it was swapped out from the 80 MPH gauge from back in the day?

It's not just you speedo that is different. Look like all the gauges may be after market.

Don’t see Veglia anywhere on it. Hmmm.

That looks like a very well crafted replica gauge face on an aftermarket speedometer with a digital odometer. None of the 308 or 328 speedometer variations ever offered a digital odometer (and the odometers were always above the pointer center point).

The Benzina gauges are made by Veglia Borletti. I thought the Benzina gauges were used in Fiats (like 124). The speedometer is interesting.

Benzina is gasoline in Italian? Fiats used Jaeger gauges in the 124 era but probably had Veglia in the mix at some point too.
