Alonso under investigation by the stewards. May be a penalty invoked, but Alonso was 12 seconds ahead of Stroll.

Bahrain 2022. Singapore 2022 had some eventful moments too though, including Checo trying some naughty moves behind the safety car

Mercedes indeed have a pimpmobile of a car, but that's not what caused the accident.

Sorry to say, Alonso brake checked him plain as day. He wanted to slow Russel down so the DRS would have less effect. It's not the first time he's done it.

Meh. We have two solid drivers. We seem to be heading in the right direction, we could do without a fragile individual right now.

Alonso's red lights were flashing so he was harvesting for the battery, and he was either "excessively" slowing or maybe George simply overcooked the corner. Telemetry should tell the story.

In any case he was more or less comfortably staying ahead of George so a sneaky/dangerous move like that wasn't even necessary.

Can’t we just enjoy the work done since the clown Binotto left?

Awesome sainz! When he is on there is no beating him.

Was it really an Alonso brake check or rus just running out of talent trying to force it? Sending it sometimes ends up in tears...

Ferrari should be regretting their decision...

Sainz is a great ambassador to the sport. He does not whine like ham when things don't go his way. Ham has the wdc titles but I'd rather see sainz as a child's role model?

This could be the only race that Red Bull gets beaten, but glad to see that Ferrari are the party crashers again.

    Disagree on the first sentence.
Our car is genuinely fast with development potential.

Fernando Alonso: I was focussing infront of me and not behind. I had issues on the battery, which I was managing, and I focused on cars ahead not behind. I saw the car was damaged, and I heard he is okay. I was not an easy race in general in terms of pace.

This was per chance to shine. It only proves he is nearing his sell bt date and lacks the competitiveness he had in his 1st year with RB. He will loose that RB seat if he does not step up. When Mac does not win per is supposed to win.

So let me see if I heard this right: Ferrari are replacing the driver who topped Q2 and won the race with the driver who got bumped in Q2 and dropped out of the race?

    Riiiight.

Did you hear Carlos in the interview, about no signs of trouble from Max until after the pass?
Max doing his "I could'a been a contender" line now. :p
