430 Copart scud

Check out this scud on copart…

how does this damage happen?

 

It was either rolled or something fell on it. Copart cars are sometimes doctored before they are advertised so what you see isn't always the true extent of the damage.

 

Car looks perfect as a donor to make a F430 SP without any form of windows in it since the windshield frame is ****ed...

 

I was thinking someone lowered a lift w car on it onto this car below… before crunch.

It says retail estimate at $254k? What's a 16M in good condition go for these days? Any chance this thing goes for less than $100k?

 

I wonder if the windshield frame is cast into a big central al tub or frame?

 

16m cars are in the 350-400 range depending on the spec.

i would bet it goes around 150-200.

if it's less than 150 i could be tempted. you could always make it a 16m barchetta

 

I would think the suspension, and all the stuff holding that suspension is suspect

Same here, i would totally take this on and make something cool out of it or try and restore it!
