Anyone replace their rear hub bearings? I think mine probably need it, and I'm not 100 percent on how to go about removal/installation... or part numbers.

I've looked on this site and other places and haven't found any information other than part numbers for bearings... but I don't know if I need more than just the inner/outer bearing.

    Thanks

just two bearings, also a seal or a flat washer type seal depending on model year. a huge spacer and a huge C clip.

I do, I just don't know the procedure... haven't taken it apart to see what I need to replace.

I have an ‘82 and replaced the hub bearings with absolutely no problems. As ABSOSTONE stated you need the proper ring nut socket. The rest is basic mechanics…..
