Hey guys, been ages since I posted something new, 12 years yesterday with my 1989- 328 GTS, I have one of the last dozen or so 328's with ABS, build it mid September 1989 confirmed by Ferrari. It's been a blast and I still love my baby !

That's an interesting list!. Mine is there, nice to see a few RHD cars among them and GTB's, mine is after 8300X. That's about how I have it. I also know the owner of another 328 in that list personally.

It's written on the plate in your door jamb, if it is a US Car, which I believe it is.
A few years ago, the factory would even have answered an enquiry with a date of build, and this for free...
My GTS #80515 date of build is February 24th, 1989, and the one of her sister, my GTB #81085, is April 5th, 1989.
I don't know exactly what "date of build" means, but...

Yes; I bought the GTS in January 2011, two years and a half after having bought the GTB, to have both for a few weeks and decide which one I liked the best.
Thirteen years later, still got the two. They are rather different, and suited to different occasions.

My 89 GTS #82914, Build Date: Aug 1989, with 20k miles, outside of a dips*** so called, "F Specialist" who didn't properly flush the cooling system (and I found out the hard way when I switched on the heater cores), an A/C that doesn't hold freon for more than 6 months, and a tiny bottom-end mystery oil leak, is such a pleasure to drive. Time to pull the engine out. The Mrs isn't going to be pleased with that bill. Haha!

One of the very last dozen of US GTSs built; if my records are correct, there are only seven US-market GTSs with a later chassis number than yours.

Im grateful to have an 89. The 89 328 is the absolute very best since the inception of this design in 1976 .
