If you want to lose weight and get fit you need to join a squad. Swimming slowly up and down the pool is not much better than walking. You need to do some cardio/sprint/short rest swimming training. In a short course pool.
Err I'm not slow and have no interest in a short 25 m pool -swam in one for years and hated it ..Plus the short course pools around here are indoor .. How many pots after swimming tonight for you 5 or 6? How come you don't swim in the surf like 2km each day ?

That's good going and be good to get back down to your fighting weight eh? I've mentioned this many times in the past, but I've stacked on 30kg since I met the Wife 19 years ago. Need to start swimming again, got my bike sorted but have only ridden it a few times in the last month or so. Puppies get their last needles next Tuesday afternoon, so looking forward to taking them for little walks after work on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then they go to the puppy hotel for a week while I am in the Mackay, then when I get back ill be working 7 nights straight up, but I can take them for a nice morning walk after work at 6.30am each day before bed time. I'm looking forward to taking them walking, will do us ALL some good with some exercise.

Well if I'm in Scotland, like I will be in 2025 again, it will be fresh or smoked (Kippers) In the late 1880s right up till pre the Second World War ,fresh herring and smoked kippers were shipped to London daily by rail. You DO KNOW we have Herring in Australian waters ?
That's good! Fresh fish is best. I'm licking my chops just thinking about it now. And yes, we have the best Herring in the business.
