Donnie supposedly has my 1975 308 gt4 in his shop (Vin 09848). Anyone have any idea how to even begin to figure out just how bad ive been got? Hoping low value means it wasn't one of the major victims but I'd love to know if the shell is even still there...

 

If I were in that situation I think I’d get an attorney. They have better luck navigating the justice system maze than most civilians. If you want to go it alone a good place to start would be to contact the prosecutor’s office in Arizona. Give them your details and see if they’ll tell you the disposition of your car and what you need to do to recover it

 

I'm fully assuming an attorney will be involved, I am just not sure who to even try and put them in co tact with. I can't find if the hanger has been seized, if anyone at all has access, or anything like that

Just heard back the car is there and last I spoke with Donnie it wad fully together, so hopefully I dint have much to worry about. Tbh just knowing it's there is a massive sigh of relief.

I don't know who Trevor is, but I'm guessing this is an unpleasant experience for him too, and it sounds like he's being helpful. If he was innocent in all this, I hope he lands on his feet.

 

My advice is not to wait. Go get the car. Drive if it drives or send AAA. I would probably tip Trevor, but I wouldn’t pay Donnie a cent.
