Is California seeking extradition or not?
If he returns to California will he be subject to arrest?

The correct wording is “hasn’t yet”.

CA law enforcement is involved.
They have a group of officers that have met with a victim.
The court in San Diego is involved, additionally
CA prosecuted Callaway the last time.
Unsure if BAR complaints have been filed

AZ law enforcement was quick, precise, deliberate and effective

This is far from over.

I am pleased to report many cars have left the hangers this past week. Some of the victims got “the memo”. The rest need a kick in the ass to get going.

Tom seems to know more about what CA is up to. I can only tell you what the Court records are in Arizona.

This case has multiple jurisdictions involved. Some of the alleged crimes crossed State lines…..so short of a quick plea deal…..this will be a very long and expensive case.

It's kind of dangerous that Farah is giving Callaway a sort of a voice through this show. He's doing the Joe Rogan thing of messing with the facts by saying "if this then that". He's giving space to the guy, saying his clients who left their cars there are "deadbeats" etc... Not a good look, especially when serious people that have been in the car community in CA for a while with reputations that are far more solid (even if they might have not appeared on Jay Leno's show....) are adamant they've been defrauded and robbed.

It amazes me he doesn't realize Callaway worked on his cars so he'd have a powerful 'ally' to argue on his behalf.

49:00 is the important timestamp - Farah admits he went to pick up his car. So he's doing this whole thing where he wants to defend the guy (even when saying he's not defending the guy) but when push comes to shove he took a not small entourage to go pick up his property because clearly he wants to cover his own ass. That's all you need to know, really.
