Did I just hear Matt Farah say "he (Matt himself) could have easily had priors for things he got away with too (IOW could have
been convicted of) that he's (Matt) done too (in the past)....." ...... soooo .... then ...... he just admitted he's a criminal as well then?
He just happen to get away with it.
lol That's what I heard. (listen carefully to the video)

He's probably just talking about speeding and other things of that ilk. He's just trying to soften the idea that other people could have been convicted and that doesn't make them "bad" people. I agree with him, but that is CLEARLY not Callaway's case.

Wow......people actually take time out of their life to watch these guys? I do find it interesting how people behave when one of their "like-minded friends" is busted for serious crime.

Just in case you missed it.....Donny pled Not Guilty to all the charges:

    4/18/2024 152 - ME: Not Guilty Plea Arraign - Party (001) 4/18/2024

Arizona does not publish the Indictments which would have been an interesting read. Parsing the criminal charges and .........I am speculating it involves two vehicles and what happened to them. From what others have said......there may be more issues to his business practices but these are the charges agreed to by the Arizona Grand Jury.

Theft - Means of Transportation (2)
Traffic of Stolen Property in the 2nd Degree (2)
    Forgery-Possession of a Forged Instrument (2)

Just finished listening to the section on TST

TL;DR was "I have no more info than anyone else. I like the dude so i hope its not true, but thats all i got. The courts will have to play it out.

also, get your car from the shop if for nothing else, just so it isnt tied up as evidence"

Hopefully Stephen Mandell, owner of very early Miura 0979, eventually chimes in and describe why Callaway was jailed, charged, convicted, sentenced and the unpaid restitution.

    Mandell is/was the victim.

    He can tell the story.

    Spoiled...he's spoiled.

I'm not saying TST Matt has not worked to get where he is...he might have, but he also started with a LOT of money.

Early podcasts were all about smoking weed and drinking...

Farah was to be on a friends radio show several months ago, but Matt hung up on him over a mispronunciation of his last name. What a real candy ass.

Worst case he is looking at 13-14 years although I seriously doubt that is where he will end up. The wildcard is that he is a repeat offender which can create a few surprises. Certainly......he doesn't appear to have the financial resources to put up a real fight. That means he will probably plea to one of the lesser felonies and be required to make restitution.

When that happens.....his car days are over (which is why anyone who has a car with him needs to get it out of there). Why? Because the civil suits come next and bankruptcy won't help him because of the criminal plea. As to the other States involved......they can make some popcorn and watch the show.

If there are two states involved does this case now become Federal? Will the FBI get involved? Might be considered a RICO crime.
