    Full steam ahead. Couple more days and outside scaffolding comes down. Interior cabinets will be done by end of next week. Major item to finish is all tile work. 8 weeks?

    while tile is happening..all final trim work and QC. That light at the end of the tunnel getting a little bit bigger:

    Outside looks like a ton of work but once scaffolding comes down- it’s just driveway and courtyard that needs finishing. We don’t have a yard, so landscaping is minimal.

    Inside you are seeing the last bit of T&G that is being finished. Last messy part. After that- start the tile.

    Underlayment for the metal siding that will be going there. It's a moisture barrier. The outside of the garage and certain parts of the house will have that metal siding.

    The 90 degree angle sliding doors will be amazing. If you dont mind my asking, which brand? Are they Western sliding doors? Beautiful build!

    We used a company called Awake. They have a series that has a super thin 3/4 inch metal profile.

    We looked at Western, Fleetwood etc- Awake had the best looking doors that we saw.

    interesting. When I built my house now 20 plus years ago, I used a German company called Hafele to hang top hung glass doors across a 50 foot span. 40 feet exposed and 5 feet each side with pocket doors when open.

    Correction- my opening is 30 feet with 7 feet of stacking on the left- so 37 feet total.

    Update-

    Lower Level - flooring, cabinets, faucets, baseboards, lighting all complete. What's left is 2nd coat of paint.
    Main level- main thing that is left is flooring.
    upper level - all flooring, lighting done. waiting on railings to be installed.

    The place still looks like a bomb went off as they are doing the final grading outside but we are getting closer and closer. By the end of may- all the stuff inside of the house should be done. Will take the month of June to fine-tune and clean up everything-

    Move in is sometime in July
