Those getting a car - what are your spec thoughts? Colors?

Very nice car

 

Will go green for the spider - maybe not Verde Francesca like my 812 GTS - perhaps something richer but would also like to check out the launch colour which is an interesting shade of green. Will go Tailor Made with this and maybe go Atelier for the coupe and do that in blue if I can find an interesting one.

 

My understand is that all the parts in black cannot be chosen in body color at all

+1 on metallics, the color needs to show off the fender and buttress curves. My concern about Molvedo is perhaps not enough flop from light to dark.

Yeah, Molvedo (right swatch) ended up #2 to verde menthe when we specified our GTS at Atelier... but I said to my wife during the session, "we'll save that for the next one."

Side note, I was surprised at Atelier/TM offices they don't use the factory configurator, they use Photoshop, because even the configurator is not color accurate or detailed enough.

I think lighter looks sharp on the length of the front hood area, and the rear fender but I concede that it's a lot of contrast around the nose trim and wing. If they do offer to color match the rear deck, that will be a must.

Also, your picture shows how tiny the metal shields look. I wouldn't bother with those, either paint or leave it clean this time.

On that last one I blacked out that piece on the front fender. Might need a little piece of that STEK gloss black PPF.

 

Selected Argento Nurburgring in an attempt to mimic Bianco Fuji. Need to see the car in person before being able to properly spec one.

It appears so. I think customers will generally accept/understand it when they see the car in person. Of course, there will be a few who are adamant about it and may do so in the aftermarket. The designers will still see it as putting ketchup on their osso buco.

 

This is me. I did add a full lightbar at the front as I think it looks much better that way.

I wonder if changes to the black panels will be introduced over time or at TM. I remember when I ordered my GTS the quarter panels had to be black but later you could get them in carbon for the price of your first born. I suspect the same will happen with the 12.

Yes Verde. Thanks. Yeah I think it bring the 12C to life and makes the design look cohesive and complete. Sounds like a good plan.

 

I'm gonna do yellow and black accents with possible black stripes.

 

I think azzuro Dino or blu corsa would be amazing

 

I'm thinking Rosso Imola or Rosso Magma, thought?

not many pictures of it though, mostly the red, white, coupes and then the green, yellow and Celeste spiders.

That is what I’m thinking, but not sure on interior color. This is for the spider.

 

I was at the reveal and I can confirm it was Blu Corsa, the lighting throws off the color.
