Most are worried about performance. I hate that the V12 is gone but the 288 GTO and F40 that started it all were TTV8s so I am open minded to where this could go. HP and performance will sell most as it always does. I have no doubt that the Ferrari TTV6 hybrid can deliver but did Ferrari push the envelope. Does Ferrari have an answer to the (Exotic Class) Dark Matter in the (Hyper Class) ??? a coupe hundred hybrid system is no longer going to cut it.

I'm no insider but I'll put my head on the block and say it: Zero chance of it being V8 or V12.

When was the last time that Ferrari disappointed on the performance front, especially with its halo model?

Why is it not that special? The normal SF90 Stradale breaks lap records left and right!

Really? That’s pretty cliche unless maybe some modern adaptation of the design. I hope it’s not a literal reinterpretation of the F40 side scoops— they’re not even really true NACA—be that would be really dull.

Enough is enough with the rehash of old themes.

correct me if I am wrong, I think here they REMOVED the wing , rather than fold it in body.
I have to say I like it more wingless ,
( coming from guy which all time favorite is F40 :) )

^^ This. The wing shape we’ve seen on some prototypes looks like it would retract and nest into the profile of the rear of the car in the last picture—that is with the raised outer portions. The the central main plane may be slightly higher, resulting in a blown gap between wing and rear of engine cover.

I've just watched the GMA T50 review on Hagerty's YouTube channel.
This is the kind of car that Ferrari should be making. Lightweight, compact and with a high-revving naturally aspirated engine.
Who cares about horsepower and 0-60 times when you have a car this light and with that engine? It's a road car after all.
You can never combine a road car and a track car without a compromise. You'll end up with a car that is not good in any of those applications just like Valkyrie.
So sad that they've forgotten how to make cars like this.

Ferrari aren't about lightness etc, their aim is to produce the fastest cars so they are never going to make this imo

If anything they should go after the Valkyerie, which represents pinnacle performance.

The "normal" Valkyrie doesn't represent anything. It's nearly undrivable on the road (see Top Gear video on YouTube) and a compromised track car (the reason why Valkyrie AMR exists). I highly doubt that the normal version is any faster than the 488 GT modificata on the track.

They should go after a car that's significantly delayed, doesn't meet performance promises, and has huge reliability issues? No thanks.
