Anybody shipping from LA area to Monterey area during car week ?

We may fly up to Monterey car week this year and stay over in Aptos and just ship our car up - pending the cost. I wonder if anybody else is planning on shipping their car(s) up from LA ? Is there a higher cost at that time and/or does anybody coordinate anything ?

Plenty of transporters haul cars to/from Monterey before/after car week, but I would recommend contacting them directly and quickly as most get often booked & coordinated months in advance.
Pricing can also vary significantly depending on carrier and required accommodations, etc so no point to ask about it here.
