Where can I get the heads rebuilt for an F430? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
USA, I figured it’s a national initiative to find a place. Currently considering “Exotic Power & Performance” in Austin Texas; spoke with Josh there, he seemed great. Midwest locally. Anyone have knowledge on them? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Anyone have ideas? Experience with Josh Hill in Austin Texas, Exotic Power and Performance? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Josh does not rebuild heads. He will sublet them. Take them to Texas Engine Machine in Llano. Best machine shop in Central Texas. I use them extensively and I know Josh has used them some. I spent a lot of time finding the place and suffered the butchery of many highly respected places closer. Who knew decent machine shops would be so rare in Texas? Depending on where you are there may be better choices. Where are you?
Its a very rare shop that does that work in house. Make sure you are not sending it to someone who is simply sending it out to a machine shop and marking it up
I’m in the midwest. I’ll ask Josh what he’s doing. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Hey Rifledriver, I’m trying to be respectful of the person trying to fix a sticky situation with my car. Me, him, the car are all in different locations and the guy paying for this specifically asked to send it to himself or Josh Hill. The car is in Indianapolis right now. So I apologize, just trying to be respectful of someone else. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
While I have never had engine work done there, I have heard nothing but good things about Rosso Service in Maryland. https://www.rossoservice.com/engines
Josh Hill says he does the machine work and has rebranded from “Exotic Power & Performance” to “Hyperformance.” Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
