Not so sure I'll be going through with it. The Title is not in his name. I think he's Title Jumping to save on Taxes...
From what I heard & read I could have to find the original guy that signed the title over? Do you have experience with this situation? It's new to me...
I've never had to find the person who signed the original title. That signature releases all interest and someone with that signed title should be able to register without issue.
Got this sorted out with the Seller,, title has original sellers sig on there, so 348 addition is back On! He jump thru some extra hoops to verify things for me. Thanks for your input on this

Shouldn't be that one as the Front Bumper on the one I bought needs to be replaced. Lower Portion is cracked a bit. I think it's actually in Tehachapi, the guy works in California City CA The one I bought is a Mild Project as it needs a few things done & price landed in line with that, but I was looking for a Winter Project Car. Will do most myself, but probably have the Dealer do the Belt Chance / Major Service on it. Have thought of trying the Belt Change myself... We'll see
