Depends on your skill set and comfort level. I stripped my dashboard a while ago. Forgot if you need to remove the centre console for a radio removal or not but I recall having to access the sides to get to the centre support bolt and cables for which a lot of trim comes off. I would estimate 3 to 4 hours for a DIY enthusiast doing it the 1st time as you need to start in sequence from the centre console and there is a very tricky set of tiny Allen key bolts that secure the carbon fibre trim at the base of the dash. I am supposed to do it again shortly so I can give you an update next week.

 

If you have any Ferrari experience you will know the factory labor guides are a joke and are only used for warranty claims.

 

I was actually curious myself how long to remove the entire dashboard for leather shrinkage repair

Here's what I can tell you... Ferrari has an amusing sense of humor when it comes to selecting hardware used to hold the interior together.
