    I have a 2019 488 spider that just turned 4,000 miles. I took it our for a drive today and while having lunch the alarm sounded three different times. When I checked the car there was no one near it an it appeared to be fine. I got in to drive it home and the left TFT screen was bright white-no radio info, no back up camera, no GPS map, etc. I don't know if the two issues are related but this is the first time either has happened in my ownership. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions as to what is going on? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

    happened a few times on my 21 F8. Dealer replaced whole left side TFT under factory warranty. I wouldn't want to think of what it would cost outside of warranty but it's definitely a known issue on 488 and F8.

    Thanks for the quick response! Luckily, I have the extended factory warranty so if this is the case the dealer I bought it from can deal with it. My fingers are crossed that is all it is. Sure appreciate your letting me know this.

    You should check the scope of that warranty.

    Extended Full Factory warranty will cover it as its just an extension of the 3 year warranty. However if the extended warranty is the Power extension , unfortunately it wont cover it.

    Thank you for the info. I do need to check the warranty coverage. When I bought it my dealer said it was a full factory warranty so I’m hoping that’s the case. I have read some posts that suggest disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it to see if that resets it. I like that but it isn’t in line with my luck!
